Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer standard shipping services through reputable carriers. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

  5. Incorrect Shipping Information: It is important to provide accurate shipping information at the time of placing your order. If you realize that you have provided incorrect information, please contact our customer support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.​

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility: We understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange a product. However, as a small business, we have limited resources and cannot accommodate a high volume of returns. Therefore, please carefully review the product description, specifications, and sizing charts before making a purchase.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement product or issue a refund.

  3. Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive an incorrect product or an item that differs from your order, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you or provide a refund.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable. Please review the product description and specifications carefully before purchasing these items.

  5. Return Process: If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an incorrect order.

  6. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an incorrect order.
